Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Document Management: Download and organize MF-CIB-related documents from internal systems for verification and processing.
∎ Data Validation: Identify and document wrong data from branch-submitted files.
∎ Error Communication: Prepare branch-specific error lists and communicate those via JIRA & phone call for timely corrections.
∎ Issue Tracking: Monitor JIRA issues, track branch responses, and ensure resolution within deadlines.
∎ Progress Reporting: Analyze feedback and corrected data to prepare monthly progress reports for management.
∎ Data Filtering: Compile and filter branch data for accurate MF-CIB reporting.
∎ Branch Support: Provide technical guidance and create FAQs to help branches resolve MF-CIB-related queries efficiently.
∎ Support API based NID Verifications: Collaborate with the ICT Section and the Operation Division to proactively promote, facilitate and manage the preparation and implementation of API based NID Verifications of Existing and Newly Admitted Members.
∎ Facilitate Credit Information Checking: Ensure readiness and manage the system with the help of the ICT Section to facilitate the applicants’ credit information queries from branches, collect the credit information against the queries from the MF-CIB, and make available credit information to respective branches.
∎ Rectifications of Submitted Information and Communication: Communicate with MRA’s MF-CIB team and related stakeholders for timely Rectifications, Problem-Solving, and Responding relative issues.
∎ Secretarial and technical support to the center MF-CIB committee: Provide secretarial and technical support to the center MF-CIB committee, the ICT Section and the Operation Department, and also proactively come out with suggestions and plans on effective usage of the MF-CIB information, and to ensure actual as well as complete internal subject and contract related information.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

ASA is in the process of digital transformation of its 3073 branches' operations involving per day more than 90 (ninety) lakh transactions in the system of more than 26000 users. ASA welcomes you to take the initial challenges in this process. Currently, we are seeking applications from suitable individuals to fill up the vacant position titled "Manager (MF-CIB)”.
∎ Position Overview: Manager (MF-CIB) is responsible for managing and supporting the entire MF-CIB process, including downloading, verifying, and analyzing branch-level data, ensuring the accuracy of submitted data, and preparing comprehensive reports. This role involves active collaboration with branch offices, tracking issues via JIRA, and providing technical and operational support to branches to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ This position holder is also responsible for collaborating with the ICT Section and the Operation Division to proactively promote, facilitate and manage preparation and implementation of API based NID Verifications of Existing and Newly Admitted Members. Manager (MF-CIB) is responsible for ensuring readiness and managing the system to facilitate the applicants’ credit information queries from branches, collecting the credit information against the queries from the MF-CIB, and making the collected credit information available to respective branches. This position is also responsible for communicating with MRA’s MF-CIB team and related stakeholders for Rectifications, Problem-Solving, and Responding relative issues. Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Maximum Salary: 50,000/- (per month)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employees Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the selected candidate as per ASA's rules and regulations.
∎ Maximum Salary: 50,000/- (per month)
