∎ Master's in Business/MBM/Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University. No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure promotional activities of Bank's Cards products across Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain close relationships with all key stakeholders (Risk, Legal & Compliance, IT & Operations, etc) in order to ensure smooth running of the cards business.
∎ Drive Merchant acquisition business across the country.
∎ Engage the Bank's sales channels to penetrate market.
∎ Manage product profitability through - increasing new-to-bank clients, enhancing activation rate & utilization rate, reducing attrition rate, cross-selling etc.
∎ Assist in developing suitable cards products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Banks in Cards and ADC Business.
