* Skills Required: Marketing, Merchandising.

* A results-oriented leader with a strong network within the international apparel buying community.

* Should be able to work under extensive pressure & solve problem creatively.

* Must have in depth knowledge in yarn quality, yarn price, knitting, dyeing, finishing and total fabrication cost.

* ERP Management.

* Team handling capability.

*Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers` expectations and company`s objectives.

*Develop and maintain excellent business relations with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth Business.

*Prepare a production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling and Production according to "Time and Action Calendar" on a regular basis with production.

*Strongly capable of handling quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded and created creative work, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development.

*Oversee the entire merchandising cycle, from initial sampling and negotiation to order confirmation, production follow-up, and final delivery coordination.

*Lead all major negotiations, applying expert knowledge in garment costing, fabric composition, and international market prices to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

*Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of merchandisers, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and professional development.

*Prepare and review costing (CM, FOB) ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

*Monitor order status from development to shipment and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).

*Follow up on lab dips, approvals, PP meetings, and production milestones.

*Prepare and present reports on order status, business growth, and performance.

*Handle claims, disputes, and customer feedback professionally.

*Maintain strong coordination with internal departments (IE, Planning, Production, QA, Commercial).

*Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

*Excellence /Fluency in English speaking, listening and writing to communicate with Buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders.

*Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management.
