Job Context:
∎ Among the pioneering garments / textile industries of Bangladesh - Mitali Group enjoys a distinctive entity.
∎ We are now in an expansion process and wish to strengthen the Marketing & Merchandising departments on our various manufacturing units and are looking for smart young personnel who are ready to face the challenges and are equipped with necessary drive, motivation and hunger to make a mark in this industry.
∎ At the moment we are openings for the captioned position and invite applications within 10.12.2019 - details of requirement appear as under:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be sourcing capability to get new customer.
∎ Must be capable of handling foreign buyers independently.
∎ Must be 100% Accurate in costing / consumption.
∎ Detailed follow up of timeline/critical path of each order.
∎ Arrange fabrics / accessories of right quality with planned time frame for smooth production.
∎ Monitor/ execution of supply order, Commercial jobs, Stores, quality check of production to ensure timely shipment.
∎ Following up quotations and sampling with new buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5-7 years working experience particularly with ALDI, LIDL, PUMA, H&M, M&S, Zara, S Oliver, C&A, Mango, Walmart, Tesco, Peacocks, Esprit, American Eagle, NKD Buyer. Otherwise need not to apply.
∎ Good knowledge on merchandising techniques.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent and should have ability to work under stress.
∎ Good understanding of Fabric, Accessories and Knit Garments construction.
∎ Enthusiastic and hard working.
∎ Cooperative in team work.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail etc.
∎ Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
∎ Must be experienced working directly in the knit garments factory.
∎ Must have capacity to lead, supervise, and monitor a merchandising team of 20 members.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Compensation package is above industries standard.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
