∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should have experience in Garments, Apparels/Tents.
∎ Good communication skills in native as well as English language·
∎ Proactive, Creative, Self-responsible, Ability to work under pressure /deadline. Well-organized and a good team player, pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have the adequate knowledge on mechanical issues, repair & maintenance of various machine
∎ To have command on sewing machine (single machine, double machine, seam sealing machine, pattern tracker machine, bartack machine, long welding, short welding, corner welding & other related sewing machine).
∎ Should have idea about maintenance work of Generator, Compressor, Sub-Station, Utility Facility (Lift, AC, Motor)
∎ To lead the maintenance team with proper guide line & supervision.
∎ Maintain daily checklist properly follow up as per requirement.
∎ Monitor and control costs in the areas of responsibility.
∎ Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget preparation, monitor controlling, expense record and downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
∎ Prepare Schedule Maintenance Checklist and follow as per checklist.
∎ Carry out any other job, as assigned by management
