Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Degree preferably in Business, Agri-Economics or Economics, Finance, Statistics, Social Science, or in a relevant field is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, operationalize and implement all MEAL activities to ensure efficient and effective implementation of project activities.
∎ Coordinate and monitor physical and financial progress of the project on regular basis, including social perspectives, field visits, review and analysis of performance, and internal project reviews with stakeholders.
∎ Track project data, analyze and evaluate project performance, maintain database and proactively identify issues and concerns and use participatory processes to overcome implementation obstacles.
∎ Coordinate the identification of staff capacity development needs and technical assistance needs of partner organizations and arrange to provide capacity strengthening support for the smooth implementation of the project activities.
∎ Support project in data analysis, presentation preparation and updating implementation plan. Provide assistance in survey and study designing and work closely with project team to ensure the high level quality through entire process.
∎ Assist in the development and revision of annual work plan, budgeting, progress reports and strategies for the project.
∎ Plan, support and execute the project learning document preparation and present where requires. Facilitate the dissemination of promising practices, lessons learned and ensure integration innovations and best practices.
∎ Frequent field visit to interact with the beneficiaries, field management, local service providers, partners, insurance companies, local government to observe implementation progress, monitor and verify data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum three to five years of relevant experience in the field of agriculture, agriculture insurance project, Microinsurance project, emergency response, rural finance, and climate change adaptation, market development with any renowned NGOs, MFIs, companies or donor projects is highly preferred.
∎ Demonstrated MEAL field experience- Planning & Development MEAL Process; Research, Capacity Development; Accountability, knowledge sharing & learning; Data management & Reporting;
∎ Skilled in collecting, manipulating, synthesizing and analyzing data. Skill with SPSS or similar data analysis software highly preferred.
∎ Experience in designing and conducting different need base studies and able to produce analytical reports.
∎ Experience in collecting field data and prepare project documents;
∎ Experience of managing similar project or operation with multiple stakeholders will be highly preferred.
∎ Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), advance excel – creating formula based excel sheet from large data Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
∎ High proficient in written and oral communication in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; and achieve the targets and deadlines.
