Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Age At least 34 years

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in material control, store & inventory management in the knit garments sector.

• Strong knowledge of material requirement planning (MRP), ERP systems, and supply chain processes.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale fabric, trims, and accessories inventories with minimal wastage.

• Solid understanding of production planning, buyer requirements, and lead time management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and production.

• Prepare material receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.

• Plan and monitor the inventory transactions and ensure the proper documentations.

• Ensure adequate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory.

• Monitor sales of left-over and wastage and maintain records in a proper manner.

• Follow up all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Material inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc.)

• Follow-up all process of MCD to avoid material wastage & delays.

• Ensure timely receiving & issuing of material as per plan.

• Maintain on time delivery of Cut kit to sewing section as per demand.

• Align all the processes according to EOS.

• Avoid Downtime due to MCDEOS Calibration audit results

• OTT of Fabric, Cut Kit, Trims-Accessories, Stationary

• Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.

• Follow up the Executives & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.

• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.

• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).

• Drive KAIZAN culture.

• Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.

• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
