Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments (Top/Bottom/Jacket).
∎ Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
∎ Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and supply chain planning.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases.
∎ Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.
∎ Price negotiation and cost finalization with customers.
∎ Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.
∎ Shipment process & customer communications.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
