Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities
∎ Manage account from order inquiry to shipment along with time and action plan and cooperate with team for smooth execution.
∎ Capable of understanding all technical comments & follow-up the same.
∎ Capability to lead a team
∎ Setting KPI for the department
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets
∎ Manages relationship with customers
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
∎ Sound knowledge on all types of Fabric, Garments, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Washing, and Other Applications.
∎ A clear concept of price quotation for product.
∎ Explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers
∎ Sound knowledge and capability of executing the complete approval procedure of Lab-Dip, Proto/Fit Sample, PP Sample, etc.
∎ Follow up production and trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action on regular basis to ensure on-timely shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Good communication skills with team members & Suppliers dealing ability to work under pressure good time management & good interpersonal relationship.
∎ Update all data in web-based applications and in shared folder for a clear picture about the project to all.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Analytical Skill and Reporting
∎ Must be fluent in English with good communication skill
∎ Must have solid understanding of the overall manufacturing and control process
∎ Ability to work with higher management
∎ Working experience in ERP will get preference
∎ Should be passionate with strong team spirit
∎ Should have knowledge of Pivot Table, PPT for making presentation.
