Responsibilities & Context:

Role Summary

The role supports the Managing Director’s Office in a ready-made garments (RMG) organization by coordinating executive schedules, Board and buyer-related meetings, and official communications. It serves as a key liaison between the Managing Director, Board of Directors, factories, and corporate teams, ensuring confidentiality, protocol, and smooth execution of strategic, compliance, and business-critical initiatives.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director in managing schedules, meetings, official correspondence, and corporate engagements.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing notes, presentations, agendas, reports, and talking points for the Managing Director and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and special meetings, including agenda circulation, scheduling, logistics, documentation, and preparation of minutes.
  • Act as the key liaison between the Managing Director, Board members, senior management, advisors, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Managing Director’s Office and internal departments.
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and strategic information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and assignments delegated by the Managing Director or Board of Directors.
  • Ensure appropriate protocol, etiquette, and official arrangements for high-level meetings, visits, and engagements.
  • Serve as the central coordination and communication point for the Managing Director’s Office and the Board of Directors.
