∎ B.Sc in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sewing Machine Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Daily, Weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance Plan and execution of schedule maintenance of all sewing machinery.
∎ Follow-up the maintenance schedule and maintaining records properly.
∎ Solve instant machinery problem in running condition of the factory.
∎ Monitor & ensure the periodic & timely execution of activities to assure performance of all machines and equipment's across the organization.
∎ Carry out regular inspection of all machines & equipment's & keeping service records/logs of all day to day installations / repairs / maintenance etc.
∎ Analytical capability to review equipment breakdowns and work out a corrective / preventive action plan to be included in role.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient Operation & Maintenance of all sewing Machinery & Equipment's.
∎ Should have experience in preventive maintenance planning, reporting, spare parts management & cost control of sewing machinery.
∎ Maintain Liaison with equipment suppliers, local service providers for maintenance of sewing machinery and equipment.
∎ Make efficient & effective maintenance Team to ensure the goal of the company.
∎ Carry out the Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
