∎ B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from any reputed university preferably - BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, ICT, DUET and MIST
∎ MBA will be considered as added advantage

Industrial Machinery, Installation and erection, Operation and Maintenance, Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
∎ Responsible for all kinds of electrical operation and maintenance of all electrical drives, panel boards, motor controls & Normal lighting and other electrical installations of fabric unit
∎ Maintain schedule maintenance, repairing of machines and also breakdown maintenance of fabric unit
∎ Capability of providing right decision for major troubles of the process
∎ Capability to take responsibilities such as all kinds of electrical trouble shooting & maintenance work of Machine of the Plant
∎ Capability to prepare electrical design for any Textile Machineries especially for Dyeing, Printing and Finishing according to the electrical and mechanical structure
∎ Repair and maintain all electrical & instrumentation equipment as required for supporting the plant operation
∎ Prepare & submit requisition and collect essential spares & goods for respective machines
∎ Independently perform complex and advanced troubleshooting on equipment, auxiliaries and related systems as and when required
∎ Take necessary initiative for any abnormalities during operations and issue work request and isolate equipment for maintenance
∎ To assist higher management with the evaluation of the performance of the equipment
∎ To comply with all operations & maintenance procedures, instructions, Contact Management processes and to discharge responsibilities related to Environment, Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management System
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Hardworking and able to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical and leadership ability
∎ Self-motivated and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Designing, planning, Installation / Erection and Testing of commissioning of Electric Works
∎ Technical problem solving skills (Installation, operation, maintenance & repair knowledge)
∎ Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
∎ The incumbent should have at least 4 years work experience in Electrical Maintenance work with large garments industry
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
