∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Formulate and implement maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime and performance.
∎ Oversee maintenance activities for machinery, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures.
∎ Maintain and manage an efficient inventory of spare parts to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing best practices for a safe and sustainable work environment.
∎ Optimize resources while maintaining standards of quality.
∎ Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
∎ Minimize the troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly & production disruptions.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Candidates have more hands-on experience in Feed & Rice industry, educational qualification will be considerable.
∎ Must have practical experience in Feed & Rice industry.
Salary: Negotiable
