∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Communication, Compliance, Drafting, Environment, Labor Law, team work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To review and vet all company agreements and legal documents.
∎ 2. To collect, consolidate and keep all company asset and property related documents in good order.
∎ 3. Proactively engage and develop strategically thinking and processes to protect and safeguard the company from all sorts of legal challenges.
∎ 4. To proactively seek, engage and collect all required document from concerned persons or SBUs within specified time.
∎ 5. Develop justifiable and comprehensive business case for each legal issue
∎ 6. Ensure that each member of the legal team is conversant required prevalent laws.
∎ 7. Provide all legally relevant and required documents to respective company legal counsels promptly.
∎ 8. Provide weekly update to keep the Board informed of the legal developments.
∎ 9. Seek and understand issues for drafting and vetting required letter or deed of agreements.
∎ 10. Build Legal awareness amongst all relevant SBU team.
∎ 11. Initiate negotiation with renegade or defaulting parties to resolve issues through arbitration or compromise to avoid unnecessary legal entanglement.
∎ 12. Provide all legally relevant support of RA group and will be engaged any kinds of conflict of interest for BOD, SBUs, associates and Family.
∎ 13. Any others relevant jobs assigned by management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Complete all the legal formalities and tasks in house level and appear outside as per instruction of the Company.
