Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Law/Bar at Law from leading local or foreign university. No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with legal matters and correspondences with various Branches and Panel Lawyers accordingly.
∎ Vetting of property documents, agreements and deeds.
∎ Correspondence with Branches and Panel Lawyers.
∎ To registered an mutated the property owned by the Bank in its name.
∎ Liason with the Panel Lawyers and Branch Managers/Officers in connection with legal matters.
∎ Preparation of Plaint, Written Statements and timely filing of Suits/Cases against defaulting Borrowers of our Bank.
∎ Attend all type of Courts as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Banks/Financial Institutions in the area of legal & regulatory Affairs.
∎ Membership of Bangladesh Bar Council
