Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have LL.B. Having LL.M. will get preference.
∎ Must have Advocateship from Bangladesh Bar associations.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Consultant, Counseling, Criminal Law, Drafting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BTRC regulations, Compliance Law, Legal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Group of Companies, Consulting Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be assigned with but not limited to the following areas:
∎ Candidates should have vast experience in working with Compliance and Legal departments in any large Company.
∎ Monitor & Supervise whole compliance team to maintain compliance rules & regulations as per BTRC & ROBI rules and instructions.
∎ Build and lead awareness to Compliance team through different process including on job & off job training.
∎ Frequently visiting to all business operations unite and take necessary actions accordingly.
∎ Maintain liaison to ensure company interest with Govt., non-govt. offices, law enforcement agencies & Company's external lawyers/consultants & chambers.
∎ Developing & overseeing BTRC Compliance rules & regulations under statutory Laws to prevent or deal with violations of compliance guidelines in all areas.
∎ Conduct legal exploration to stay updated on amendments in relevant Govt. laws & regulations in order to update/modify company policies & procedure accordingly while required.
∎ Ensuring all legal documents to be prepared or submitted preview of law and company interest.
∎ Make effective plan to reduce the rate of incident & recovery of company money.
∎ Periodical report to Management/reporting concern on all related issues of Compliance.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the reporting authority / Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English and Bengali legal/ compliance related drafting skill.
∎ Well Conversed in MS Office & professional Packages
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
