Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chemical lab:
∎ 1. Ensure RFT of Lab and dyeing floor..
∎ 2. Work on dyes combination based on costing and quality.
∎ 3. Ensuring dyeing approvals on time..
∎ 4. Manpower managemnet
∎ 5. Ensure optimistic lab production..
∎ 6. Communicating Buyer/ Merchandiser if needed..
∎ Physical Lab:
∎ 1. Ensuring physical tests efficiently.
∎ 2. Ensuring submission of test fabrics Ok and on time.
∎ 3. Manpower management.
∎ 4. Communicating with Buyer / Merchandiser if needed..
∎ Overall managing the lab environment efficient and managing proper documentation
