∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage knitting sample development, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
∎ Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality & NPT) in knitting.
∎ Oversee machine settings, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitor production related errors like design changing duration, wrong yarn receiving, unplanned program change, yarn delivery delay, barcode pending etc.
∎ Train and supervise the knitting team, maintaining high productivity.
∎ Conduct quality checks on samples and finished goods to meet client expectations.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
