Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning and Monitoring of Knitting Production for knitting department.
∎ Ensure all knitting machine fabric Quality as per standard.
∎ Monitoring all knitting machine production/Efficiency/Capacity utilization as per Standard.
∎ Give a continuous guidance to the team for machine utilization and production target as per fabric specification.
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area by ensuring people involvement.
∎ Give Continuous Guide line to the team in daily transfer of the generated waste and reduction of rejection.
∎ Give continuous guideline to the team for production and quality improvement.
∎ Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team.
∎ Give the full support to the Research and Development department.
∎ Maintaining proper communication with maintenance team in any machine problem.
∎ Ensure that the quality standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result.
∎ Maintain fabric production with proper OTT/OTD as per buyer standard for assigned buyer.
∎ .Maintain and Coordination of bulk fabric processing as per development.
∎ Continuous communication with finishing team to maintain width GSM and other quality parameter as per development for assigned buyer.
∎ Develop discipline by implementing the rules and regulation in department.
∎ Analyze and design of new fabrication from the customer or make his own development.
∎ Response and act in the customer complain and query.
∎ Arrange risk analysis meeting before going to proceed any critical style.
∎ Continuous study the cost saving of the Department specially the needle and oil cost.
∎ .Ensure regular meeting to all people once in a week.
∎ Work in such as a way which will help to grow them spirit among the team members.
∎ Lead the team for effective schedule maintenance of the machine.
∎ Ensure workshop at a regular basis which will help to improve technical & management skills of the team members.
∎ Make a budget for the primary elements as well as the auxiliary equipment's for each year.
∎ Monitoring production in out-sides as well as sourcing service if capacity blank.
∎ Generate SOP as per department need and ensure smooth application.
∎ Guide R&D team for any new swatch development.
∎ Ensure raw material and machine support for sample development.
∎ Ensure guide line and special support for new buyer development program.
