Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in any/ relevant discipline
∎ Foreign degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate current production processes of kiln and recommend for improvements area
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for kiln department
∎ Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to run kiln department smoothly
∎ Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
∎ Follow the production schedule with quality and quantity
∎ Setting parameter for kiln department machineries for better quality
∎ Troubleshooting and solving the final product
∎ Provide technical support to Maintenance team to ensure maximum efficiency of the machineries
∎ Prepare foreign and local materials (Spare parts) indent
∎ Modification work for better productivity of the Machineries
∎ Communicate with the foreign technician regarding various problem of machineries
∎ Experience in erection and commissioning work for new machineries
∎ Troubleshoot kiln related machineries
∎ Breakdown Maintenance of kiln and kiln feeding area
∎ Quality analysis of final product
∎ Resolve intra & inter departmental issues and transmit unresolved issues to COO, Production promptly
∎ Coordinate and report to the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience more than 14 years in relevant industries
∎ Experience in Ceramics Industry in reputed company in different countries will get preference
