∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, IT System Management, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Project Manager (IT System), Project Manager (Software), Software Architect, Software Implementation, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Team Leader (Software)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implements, supports and manages the IT infrastructure (on premise and cloud) to support all internal & external systems and applications.
∎ Defines, implements, and maintains voice, video, telephony and data/networking services for all systems and applications.
∎ Manages the expansion of systems and infrastructure at new company locations globally.
∎ Manages the infrastructure, systems and processes that support business continuity & recovery of company's information systems including back-up, fail-over and disaster recovery capabilities.
∎ Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted
∎ Expands a world class DevOps function to support development teams, business & enterprise systems, and customer facing services & applications.
∎ Drives the implementation of IT security systems necessary to support Product Cyber Security compliance across all products and aspects of the company.
∎ Ensures the protection of the company's data, tools, applications and information systems.
∎ Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security ) and evaluate them according to established goals.
∎ Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
∎ Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
∎ Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
∎ Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
∎ Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
∎ Control budget and report on expenditure
∎ Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to think analytically and handle multiple priorities, Take leadership
∎ Good understanding of Project Management methodologies

∎ Good communication skills in written and oral English is mandatory
∎ Must be able to work within the deadline.
∎ Having Capability to Understand the Business Requirements.
∎ Very positive attitude to Research and Development
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
