Database management, ERP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring 24/7 payment service monitoring, analyzing system logs for identifying and troubleshooting issues, and providing primary support.
∎ Investigate different technical issues and provide Level 1 & 2 support.
∎ Performing UAT, Maintaining UAT documents, and history.
∎ Align stakeholders for issue/incident and planned development & integration work.
∎ Ensure proper escalation of any incident/issue to the appropriate team.
∎ Technical Customers complain about ticket handling.
∎ Requirement analysis and solution-oriented mind-set
∎ Implement payment brand provided mandate like VISA, Master Card, JCB etc.
∎ Work in different projects in parallel.
∎ Solve issues through working with different payment platforms.
∎ Provide different types of data for business analysis.
∎ Issue analysis and root cause finding.
∎ SQL script writing to fetch data from database as per business requirement
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Integration of Payment Gateway with merchants, supports API integration process, ISO8583 knowledge etc.
∎ Configure, Maintains, troubleshooting Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Mikrotik Router, Sophos Security Firewall, Linux Postfix Mail Server,
∎ Web Server, Database Server, create Active Directory, Domain in Windows Server, virtual machine (Hyper-V, VMWare, Esxi).
