Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with the organization’s Apex Footwear Limited strategy that may improve effectiveness and velocity while supporting the organization's culture, mission, and values.
∎ Collaborate with key partners to establish technology strategy, estimate efforts, build roadmaps, and track progress against target for all the projects.
∎ Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle for ensuring on time development.
∎ Drive innovation and establish processes that deliver continuous improvement across all operational activities.
∎ Establish standard practices across similar work streams in order to ensure they are reusable.
∎ Provide technical leadership and delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.
∎ Review all work produced by the development team in order to ensure code produced meets company standards.
∎ Identify tool/process opportunities and influence development teams to deliver enhanced functionality.
∎ Establish measurement metrics and methods for tracking work productivity, utilization, and quality in order to create reports on projects updates.
∎ Ensure proper communication concerning changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's completion date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Windows and Web based Object-Oriented, Multi-Tiered enterprise application development.
∎ Overall knowledge in ERP application along with hands on experience in (Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) modules, ERP process automation and optimization, ERP integration with 3rd party software, Development of custom fields, reports, email/ notification, PL/SQL procedures etc. in ERP as per business requirement.
∎ Deep understanding of Languages i.e C# .Net, VB.Net, Java, PHP, Android
∎ Knowledge on Web Framework i.e ASP.Net Web Forms, ASP.Net MVC
∎ Worked in Web Technologies i.e Java Script, JQuery, AngularJS, JSON, XML, Ajax, CSS, Bootstrap
∎ Web Service: SOAP, WCF, Web API
∎ Good understanding on Databases i.e MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, My SQL
∎ Used Tools i.e Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans, SQL Server, TOAD, Visual Source Safe
∎ Worked in Platforms i.e Windows, Linux
∎ Frameworks: Entity Framework, MVC
∎ Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Waterfall and agile development methodologies
