Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the Garments Industry (IE/Production).

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/assistant managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IE tools & software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to improve production efficiency and implement best practices.

• Must be able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team effectively.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce cost

• Conduct line balancing, capacity study, time & motion study.

• Analyze Target vs. Actual production and prepare reports.

• Determine SMV for new styles and plan production accordingly.

• Design and improve factory layout for efficiency.

• Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
