∎ Demonstrated knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to document ERP processes.
∎ Report Development Knowledge (RDF report, Crystal Report, SQL Report).
∎ Analyze, Architect, and Design applications.
∎ Designing, Coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.
∎ Technical knowledge of ERP Applications.
∎ Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills.
∎ Exposure to the complete software development lifecycle.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus, and ability to interface with end users and effectively support their requirements.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the execution of the technology of the ERP system and coordinate with the Application Development and Infrastructure teams to design solutions and provide scalable and reliable information systems to the organization.
∎ Manage the designated process area for ERP reporting capability and strategy from a change implementation and solution support perspective.
∎ Collect, assess, and analyze business requirements and process needs of users and business owners and develop and propose relevant IT ERP solutions for enhancement and improvement.
∎ Interact with a variety of functional stakeholders to understand business processes to help functional users become more efficient and effective at utilizing available business systems.
∎ Analyze the efficiency of existing processes, and develop/deploy improvements to those processes.
∎ Ensure the availability of support for each ERP instance according to the IT (IFS) application support model for smooth operation.
∎ Identify possible ERP bugs during the application run and provide specific solutions to all processes.
∎ Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
∎ Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
∎ Assist HOIT to take decisions on business process improvement, budget preparation, risk management, etc.
