∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory as per company target and the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ Solve all types of washing productivity issues for denim and non-denim product during bulk production.
∎ Responsible for washing production output, product quality and on-time shipment
∎ Ensure optimum productivity in accordance with global standards.
∎ Plan & control of wet process & various types of garment washing.
∎ Monitor, guide, and ensure washing recipes.
∎ Execute cost-cutting both in dry-process and wet-process.
∎ Check all the wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume in the allotted time.
∎ Minimize chemical consumption.
∎ Monitor wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the wet process section.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, coordinate technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new style/input are given to the production floor.
∎ Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, motivate the workforce, process development & analysis, hourly achievement follow-up.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in the performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
∎ Check the production; absenteeism; non-productive time; and compile reports on the progress of work and production problems.
∎ Set KPI & monitor performance of production-related employees and workers.
∎ Must lead IE team & take proper accountability.
∎ Carry out feasibility studies for purchasing new machines.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Periodical production report submission to management.
∎ Coordinate with Planning & Production Teams on achieving optimum production.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English & e-mail communications.
∎ Sound Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Logical and Analytical approach for effective problem resolutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines & have the capability to work for a long time.
