∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Diploma in human resource management / professional certification in human resource management
∎ Skills Required: Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Negotiation Skills, Strategic Planning, Strong attention to detail, Workforce Development and Succession Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Computer skill, HR Operations, Organizational Development, People Management, Performance appraisal, Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the firm has strong employer brand equity in order to attract talent.
∎ Identifies staffing and recruitment needs; develops and implements best hiring and personnel management practices.
∎ Ensure that the proper HR planning process is in place throughout the organization in order to supply human resources on schedule and in accordance with organizational recruitment.
∎ Create an HR development system within the organization to guarantee that the right development requirements are identified and delivered at all levels within the appropriate time and resources.
∎ Ensure that development actions are carried out as intended, and adjust or revise as needed.
∎ Improve leadership capability across the organization to ensure that leaders have a clear vision of the business and can inspire others to generate great performance.
∎ Ensure a friendly Industrial Relations climate through structured open communication and relationships with trade unions to ensure continuous smooth operation throughout the supply chain.
∎ Analyze, recommend, and implement a payment plan that is aligned with the country's incentive policy, supports performance-oriented, and keeps the organization competitive in the talent market to guarantee that the proper talents are maintained and their potential is realized.
∎ Implement a transparent and objective career Development Management framework to ensure that managers derive personal fulfillment from their jobs.
∎ Oversee the Performance Appraisal System to ensure that corporate goals are linked to individual goals.
∎ Use proper governance to optimize the return while limiting risk in the Deferred Benefit Scheme, Provident Fund, and Profit Participation Funds.
∎ In accordance with succession planning, organize internal training sessions for subordinates to improve their capability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
∎ Monitor and evaluate internal/external HR trends, new practices, and competitor activity in the areas of Development and the broader HR agenda.
∎ Creates and encourages employee feedback procedures.
∎ Monitors and verifies compliance with Bangladesh Labor laws and regulations, as well as recognized best practices; analyzes and adapts policies and practices to achieve compliance.
∎ Maintains knowledge of human resources, talent management, and employment law trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technology; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
∎ Represent the organization on key external bodies and ensure that our thought and practice remain cutting-edge while reaching business objectives.
∎ Perform any additional duties that may be assigned to you.

∎ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or associated software.
∎ Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
