∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Arts
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
∎ Diploma in Graphic Design or a similar creative field is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create visually compelling designs for print, digital media, packaging, and promotional materials.
∎ Develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
∎ Design social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content for various platforms.
∎ Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
∎ Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand design requirements.
∎ Communicate design concepts and revisions effectively to stakeholders.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to enhance design output.
∎ Conduct research on competitor designs and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital content creation. The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
