Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of organizational recruitment strategy with proper execution of HR planning aligned with HR budget,
∎ Propose necessary selection tools along with alternative channel of recruitment process that will match organizational HR objective,
∎ To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures, tools and practice meet operational needs, legislative and standard practice requirements,
∎ To liaise with functional line managers and external recruiters and process the appropriate selection tool that match with the requirement,
∎ To ensure that all job descriptions are in place as per role requirement and focused on organizational structure and facilitate management reporting accordingly,
∎ Ensures the effectiveness of recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes that will help to uphold AHD value based organizational branding,
∎ To manage the administration of all recruitment records, reference check, candidate information validation etc. are compiled for a complete, accurate efficient process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 7 to 10 year(s) in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Business Partnering, HRIS/HR Database Management.
∎ HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
∎ Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in partnering business area,
∎ Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes, services and manages complex and difficult HR Actions/ Projects cross-functionally,
∎ Identify the key talents from current resource pool with necessary tools and propose their further career development plan within the function,
∎ Acts as the performance improvement driver and advocate positive changes in the people management for value based employment culture,
∎ Designs and maintain organization charts, identify service/process gap and immediately work for action for smooth functional operation. Facilitate the AHD Service Branding culture in the individual and team level,
∎ Ensure contribution in achieving broader organizational HR objectives as a key team player.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Must have experience in Competency based recruitment process in a lead role,
∎ Must have knowledge on BLL 2006 and its necessary changes,
∎ Should have experience in basic HR management with data analytics,
∎ Should have experience in MS Office (specially in MS excel: Advance Level).
