Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate the recruitment process by ensuring the employee requisition from respective line management
∎ Follow the sourcing process as recommended by the management
∎ Coordinate the interview with interviewees
∎ Sorting of CVs according to the requirement given by management
∎ Arrangement of Assessment center and Competency Test
∎ Maintaining and management of CV bank to facilitate timely recruitment in cost effective manner and also keeping sufficient CV's of potential candidates
∎ Maintain the dashboard of recruitment/ confirmation
∎ Attain the joining formalities of selected candidates
∎ HR Operations:
∎ Coordinate the entire process of the Employee Grievance or Disciplinary Action as according to Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
∎ Monthly Manpower Statistics Reports
∎ Draft all kinds of letters (e.g. Salary Certificates, Promotion Letter, Confirmation Letters and Transfer Letters)
∎ Co-ordinate with the functional heads for appropriate application of Performance Management system
∎ Assist in successful Annual Performance Review
∎ Ensure proper education to the staff on performance management system
∎ Update HR information database
∎ Update and ensure Leave & attendance Management on HRIS
∎ Maintain and update personal files & relevant HR documents
∎ Compensation & Benefits
∎ Update Payroll information of AHD Employees
∎ Processing of all employees? salaries, management incentive bonuses, salary deferrals
∎ Prepare Monthly Payroll Reports and provide to Dhaka HR for Monthly Salary Disbursements
∎ Prepare calculation of Final Settlements for separated employees
∎ Employee Relations
∎ Prepare Annual Employee Activity Calendar for Employee Events
∎ Executive all Employee Activities and Events as per approved Employee Activity Calendar
∎ Keep Records of All Official Materials related to Employee Activities
∎ Coordinate all Motivational Programs for Employees within the organization
∎ Learning & OD
∎ Coordinate the Induction/Orientation program as per Hospital Policy guideline
∎ Collection of monthly and yearly Functional Training Calendars
∎ Ensure logistical support according to the planned training programs
∎ Ensure the Attendance for all training programs
∎ Ensure Documentation of all Training Programs including systematic updates into the Hospital Management System
∎ Update and maintain organization charts, implement HR service/process gap.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Hands on 4-5 years of relevant experience in renowned Hospital is must.
∎ Technical Competencies
∎ Good computer skills in MS office application
∎ Proficient in both English & Bangla
∎ Knowledge of Labor Law and Rules
∎ Behavioral Competencies
∎ Effective team player
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Problem solving and decision-making ability.
