Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and assess company manpower requirement
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process
∎ Maintain and update HR database systems.
∎ Managing employee payroll, benefits and compensation.
∎ Legal issues.
∎ Manage and maintain employee personal file.
∎ Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave management.
∎ Employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
∎ Hygienic issues at HO & Projects
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English with written skill.
∎ Skills in Computer Operating, E-mail etc, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
