Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work on own initiative and to demonstrate the ability to solve unexpected or new problems in a methodical, efficient manner.
∎ Lead and manage the Human Resources team (including people planning, performance, well-being, and development)
∎ Provide technical support, advice and capacity build the Human Resources team. Advise and assist team in Human Resources related issues and concerns. Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Lead the recruitment & selection process and ensure all Recruitment and Selection process completed within lead time to support right people in the right roles at the right time, complying with organization's Talent Acquisition Policy & procedure.
∎ Manage Performance Management System and ensure every performance steps are followed through effectively.
∎ Streamline overall Leave & Attendance Management System by enforcing a culture of discipline. Drive the payroll/bonus cycles and other rewards related administrative activities in a compliant procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
∎ Monitor Departmental Budget (monthly, half-yearly & yearly etc.)
∎ Manage and coordinate organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings. Implement company's HR & administrative plans, policies and decisions taken by the management.
∎ Overall monitor day to day HR operations and take initiatives and keep liaison with internal & external stakeholders.
