∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic HR policy,procedures& guidelines in compliance with local laws& regulations and ensure its implementation.
∎ Face social compliance audit from top international buyers including adidas,VF Asis,Uniqlo etc.
∎ Plan,communicate and implement corrective action plans.
∎ Resolve employees grievance,stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Human resource planning.
∎ Ensure employees health-hygiene,safety and welfare.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment,training,performance appraisal,compensation,industrial relationship,welfare,work environment safety and compliance etc.
