Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for administrative works and coordinate with departmental heads properly.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of administration.
∎ Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
∎ Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ The SOPS, Policies, and HR Strategies and drive the organizational development process.
∎ Should be co-ordinate with various outside agencies including government, local and labor authorities to run the company smoothly.
∎ Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
∎ Any other task assignment by the top management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have at least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager.
∎ The interested person should have the Capability and experience of managing at least 600 people as a HR Manager.
∎ First 3 (Three) You have to work as HR Assistant Manager, after 3 month you able to manage the department the Management will promote you as HR Manager.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
∎ People oriented and results driven
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law, BEPZA law and HR best practices

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ 1. Attendance allowance. 2. Food allowance. 3. Transport allowance.
