Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 11 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of HR polices and procedures, up-to-date Policy manuals and procedure manuals.
∎ Maintenance of Employment records, up to date personal files, employee master file; including HRIS master file.
∎ Salary & benefit management:
∎ - Advising payroll on additions and deductions
∎ - Reconciling payroll schedules every month
∎ Time & Attendance administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ Leave Administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ Administration of Employee benefits and rewards administration; CFT incentives etc.
∎ • Administration of Employee Medical insurance scheme (Hospitalisation & Surgical, Workmen’s compensation, Personal accident, DRS Insurance scheme.
∎ - Supporting the renewal of Medical & Insurance scheme annually, by providing necessary information
∎ - New employee inclusions and deletions of resigned employees from the list
∎ - Development and maintenance of statistics related to medical claims
∎ - Coordinating any issues pertaining to the medical claims with the insurer
∎ - Communication across the company with regard to the Insurance Scheme
∎ Administration of Recruitment & Resignation procedures
∎ Ensuring compliance of statutory requirements of employees EPF & ETF procedures, gratuity etc.
∎ Administration of Confirmation Appraisal procedure
∎ Administration of Welfare in head office, health & safety wellness and attending to employee resources requirements; PC, mobile phones, fuel, Company ID etc.
∎ Assisting in employee Discipline, appeals and grievances processors.
∎ Administration of Separation process.
∎ HR Statistics
∎ • Development and maintenance of various statistics related to key HR Functions to support decision making process.
∎ - Prepare monthly Turnover Analysis, Wage bill, HR KPI reports
∎ - Detailed reports on monthly resignations and recruitments
∎ - Reports on EBIT per employee, Revenue per employee etc.
∎ - People cost report such as Employee CTC.
∎ - Statistics of Exit interviews
∎ • Providing various other reports as and when required by GM – HR, Group HR, other departments etc.
∎ • Event Management
∎ - As an when required to be involved in organizing events – Appointing teams, delegating responsibility and to make sure everything is in order

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 85000 - 110000 (Monthly)
