Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Prepare manpower planning and HR budget, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.
  • To develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees across various departments.
  • Manage and enhance the performance management system to drive continuous improvement, employee development, and goal achievement.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong company culture.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs, design relevant training modules, and collaborate with internal or external trainers to deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure HRIS are in smooth operation.
  • Coordinating with Function HR team for smooth HR operation.
  • Any other task as assigned by management.
