• Strong leadership & communication· 
• High technical understanding of jacket construction· 
• Analytical & data driven· 
• Hands-on approach and strong floor presence· 
• Proficiency in Excel and IE software· 
• Ability to handle pressure and tight production deadlines

• Lead and manage the IE team (workstudy, methods, data).

• Develop accurate SMVs for all jacket and woven styles.

• Create detailed operation breakdowns for complex operations (collar, lapel, sleeve, welt pocket, fusing, finishing).

• Design efficient line layouts for jacket/woven production.

• Perform line balancing to reduce bottlenecks and improve flow.

• Drive productivity improvement initiatives across all sewing lines.

• Conduct method study, motion study, and workstation optimization.

• Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED).

• Improve skill matrices and operator allocation.

• Support costing team with accurate SMV for costing sheets.

• Analyze new styles for production feasibility, machine needs, and skill requirements.

• Monitor daily line efficiency, SMV variance, and manpower productivity.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

• Train supervisors and operators on improved sewing methods.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Cutting, and Finishing for smooth workflow.
