Responsibilities & Context:

• To plan, organize, and supervise the production operations of garment accessories such as Leather, PU and Jacron Patch Punching Machine, Mould, Heat Measurement, Cutting, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with company standards and buyer requirements.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per order requirements.

• Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

• Supervise and guide the production team to achieve targeted output and maintain quality standards.

• Ensure machines and printing/Patch Punching equipment are operating efficiently.

• Maintain proper workflow for each product type — tags, printed labels, RFID, and heat transfer labels.

• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards.

• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of production and inspection equipment.

• Prepare daily and monthly production reports, efficiency analysis, and downtime records.

• Maintain documentation for production orders, batch records, and quality logs

• Ensure proper allocation of manpower according to production load.
