Job Summary

The role is responsible for installing, wiring, and maintaining Energy Meters, Flow Meters, and related EMS (Energy Management System) components across the facility. This position ensures proper fitting, cable routing, daily functionality checks, and minor electrical repairs to support uninterrupted EMS operations. The role also maintains accurate documentation of installation progress and test reports as part of the project’s Means of Verification (MoV).

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting & Fixing: Install 80+ Flow Meters and Energy Meters on the machines/pipes as directed by the Engineer.
• Wiring: Lay cables, fix cable trays, and connect wires (terminations) for the sensors and meters.
• Daily Checking: Check the EMS panel lights and display screen every day to see if they are working and showing numbers.
• Repairing: Replace loose wires, tighten screws, and clean the electrical panels to keep them dust free.
• Paperwork (MoV):

-Fill out the Daily Work Log showing what installation work you finished.

-Sign the Cable Test Report after fixing wires.

-Duty assigns as per management.
