Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and optimize production processes: extrusion, tape stretching, weaving, lamination, printing, and bag conversion.
- Monitor machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.
- Implement lean methods (5S, Kaizen, time–motion studies) to enhance productivity.
- Ensure product quality (tape strength, GSM, weaving quality, bag dimensions, printing & finishing).
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the technical team.
- Assist in production planning, resource allocation, and daily output tracking.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and factory operational standards.
- Train operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on production and quality KPIs.
