Job Context: We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Comply, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processes.
Collaborate with HR to update employee records as needed.
Calculate overtime, bonuses and allowances.
Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts.
Report on payroll expenses.
Enter new employee’s data into software and internal databases.
