Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle employee grievance, counseling and ensure employee disciplining functions.
∎ Maintaining the standard in social and technical compliance issues
∎ Maintain and ensure buyer's Code of Conduct
∎ Maintain and Update company policy and Code of Conduct
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns
∎ Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, BGMEA, Labor ministry, to get the update on time and ensure the entire factory gets updated information.
∎ Look after security systems and increase its effectiveness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR, Administration, Compliance
∎ Should have experience especially in Knitting / Apparel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accord Alliance, Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, General Administration, General HR, HR Policy, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, -Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Sound Knowledge on Certification of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & ISO.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent command over English (both written and spoken).
