Job Context:
∎ The Manager (HR) will lead the Department to ensure quality service provided by the employees in line with the policy of the Club.
∎ Workplace: Chittagong Club Limited, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to HR Policies & Strategies.
∎ Be able to interact with Labour Office, Employees’ Union and HR service providers effectively.
∎ Drive training and development activities for both management and non-management employees in line with TNA.
∎ Ensuring healthy working environment, maintaining efficient operations of Health, Hygiene and Safety.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the Club as per law.
∎ Assist the Secretary in day to day HR related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years practical experience in any reputed organization.
∎ Sound knowledge in Labour Law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in MS Office Package and HRIS software management.
∎ Experience in handing Trade Unions.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/ Textile, Club.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR & Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
Salary: Negotiable
