  • 5+ years of experience in HR managerial role with a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions, ideally in a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects efficiently.

Required Knowledge/experience:

  • Prior experience in HR management within the agriculture, FMCG, or a similar industry is highly preferred, including handling workforce challenges related to production and sales environments.

  • Experience in designing and delivering employee training programs, with a focus on both soft skills and technical skills development.

  • Practical experience in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and comply with legal requirements.

As the HR Manager at AR Malik Seeds Pvt. Ltd., you will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, ensuring that HR strategies align with the company`s business goals. This role is critical in supporting AR Malik Seeds` growth in the agriculture and seed production industry by optimizing HR practices, promoting a positive work culture, and managing talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. You will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to foster an inclusive and productive environment while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.

Level: 4 (A-C)

Reporting To (Designation): Chief of Policy And Development (COPD)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, upgrade, and implement HR policies to ensure smooth HR operations within the group, ensuring proper implementation.

  • Establish and maintain an effective Performance Management System for all levels of employees within the organization.

  • Consistently hire suitable candidates based on departmental needs, collaborating with department heads for staffing requirements.

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.

  • Manage personnel documentation and prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing feedback.

  • Support managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting employee evaluations.

  • Identify and organize training programs based on organizational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, especially regarding wages, taxes, and benefits.

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data protection compliance.

  • Implement and update the HR module in the ERP system to automate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee self-service portals.
