Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM or
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed institution with PGDHRM.
∎ DSCM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure HR activities as such recruitment, HR operations, Attendance, Absentism, documentation, maintaining HR records & filling, disciplinary procedures, etc.
∎ Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the Management.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating a master database in Personal files. Prepare monthly salary statement (Compensation & Benefits).
∎ Attendance, Leave, staff advance & Holiday Management.
∎ Assist the Head of HR & Admin in developing job descriptions & update organization structure as and when required.
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Monitor overall HR operations in head offices and site offices / project offices.
∎ Execution of company's administrative and operational tasks as and when required.
∎ Control & supervise the entire logistic support for project operations.
∎ Day to day supervision of employee disciplinary matters in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy.
∎ Coordinate & liaison with Govt., semi Govt., private parties and has to handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets, equipment vehicle, security and safety issues.
∎ Effectively manage the welfare and administration process whilst ensuring statutory compliance.
∎ Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standard throughout the Company.
∎ Ensure Final Settlement of Exit Employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in the relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Project HR Operations & Administration, General HR
∎ Should have sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
∎ Should have well conversant with MS-Office.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Must be a team player with leadership skills.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 25000-30000(Depends upon qualification, skills and experience)
