∎ Should be minimum HSC
∎ Higher training on continental food preparation /cooking will get preference.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for preparing Indian, Chinese, Thai and continental dishes/food, etc.
∎ Will be responsible for preparing different type of dishes for senior management staff including Margining Director of the Company.
∎ Create and implement new items for the menus, including using seasonal and locally sourced produce with the ability to include regional specialties
∎ Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks, Dinner and Tea, Coffee, Juice, Dessert, Pastry & Bakery items etc. will be made.
∎ Create and implement new items for the menus, including using seasonal and locally sourced produce with the ability to include regional specialties
∎ Responsible for Oversee catering for special events
∎ Control stock requirements & purchasing / replenishment, operate stock takes, prevent excessive wastage/spoilage
∎ Must be Proficient in the following functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety and record keeping,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 03-05 year(s) in the relevant areas/fields
∎ Should have experience to work in international restaurant(s) and café(s)
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali
∎ Monitor & control kitchen flow and should have Multi-tasking skills.
∎ Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest's needs and requirements
∎ Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000-20000 (Negotiable)
