Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed private / public university/Institution Major in HRM/Public Administration/Management/other similar degree.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor the employee Performance Management system, KPI and process with an aim to ensure that employees understand how their assigned tasks and responsibilities contribute to the organization's mission and objectives, and are given clear performance expectations;
∎ Periodically evaluate and make recommendations to senior management for updating and improving/updating the HR policies including Performance Management System and process;
∎ Ensure that staff performance appraisals are conducted on time and in accordance with approved policy;
∎ In order to maintain a vibrant, motivated and highly-skilled team, create and maintain an organizational professional development and staff capacity building policy and plan based on organizational strategic priorities and expressed staff needs for their own continued professional growth; coordinate with the finance department and the leadership team to develop an annual professional development and training plan and budget for the organization;
∎ Oversee administration of the various employee benefits for Unitex Group such as insurance, provident fund, paid leave, gratuity, and allowances; ensure that employees are informed of the benefits available to them and kept apprised of any changes; review and assess benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to management;
∎ Direct and oversee the processing of benefit claims; Benefit administration and payroll management for Unitex Spinning Limited staff;
∎ Ensure that job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are created, updated, and maintained in the proper format. This includes staff in both the Dhaka office and project offices.
∎ Develop and maintain a new employee orientation program; ensure that all new employees are given a proper orientation, introduction and welcome before sending out to the project/unit
∎ Maintain and periodically update the organizational Grade, Salary and Position matrix in coordination with the higher management and get related information from similar type of organization
∎ Periodically conduct research to determine average salary and compensation ranges for representative positions similar to those are in the same sector in Bangladesh; make recommendations to senior management based on the findings
∎ Oversee all recruitments and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent and competitive manner in strict accordance with applicable Group policy and procedures.
∎ Receive and resolve employee grievances; working with top management to ensure that employees are aware of grievance and whistleblower policies
∎ Oversee the separation process for all employees' separations; ensure that the separation checklist is completed and signed prior to the employee's departure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 12 year's relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
∎ Good working knowledge of HR best practices, as well as good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Ability to exercise discretion and consistently apply professional judgment; maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
∎ Having worked previously in Spinning industry would get preference.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures that support both Unitex Group HR strategy aligning with overall business strategy
∎ Ensure legal and compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements following Bangladesh labor law, as well as any requirements associated with employment contracts
