Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vehicle distribution, resolve loading & unloading issues.
∎ Driver & helper duty scheduling.
∎ Follow up driver & helper monthly attendance & leave management.
∎ Prepare forecast plan for vehicles and related workforce requirements.
∎ Manage route plan for vehicles, and check daily mileage and logbook for different vehicles.
∎ Oversee the attendance, leave and overtime register for all the Drivers.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the line manager.
