Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years·
∎ Must be smart, intelligent and energetic.·
∎ Fluency in English both oral and written is a must.·
∎ Must have patience and can work under pressure and have the mentality to work beyond office Hours.·
∎ In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry·
∎ Familiarity with basic reporting techniques·
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills·
∎ Integrity and confidentiality·
∎ Drafting capability (that must be accepted internationally)·
∎ Highly professional, confident and skilled personnel’s are requested to apply only.
∎ Age 28 to 35 years·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide administrative support as and when required by the various departments·
∎ To coordinate efforts between departments·
∎ Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.·
∎ Take notes and prepare minutes·
∎ To act as the first point of contact between departments and for clients·
∎ To ensure that all documentation and information is available to all parties·
∎ To help find new staff for specific projects·
∎ Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)·
∎ Others as and when required by the organization
