∎ Work Location: Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka (an initiative of Prime Bank Foundation)Key Responsibilities• Management of Administration & HR of Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
∎ • Implementing HR Policy/SOP – Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
∎ • HR Software
∎ • Prepare/ Review & Implement Yearly Work Plan
∎ • Promotional Work during Admission
∎ • Monitoring Admission Process
∎ • Arranging Monthly Core Team Meeting
∎ • Updating Governing Body/Committee members
∎ • Annual Appraisal
∎ • Update of License/ Agreement / Contract
∎ • Vehicle Management
∎ • Procurement Plan
∎ • Permanent/Guest Teacher Plan
∎ • Monitoring Education Management System (EMS)
∎ • Event PlanJob/Tasks Description• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
∎ • Maintain and monitor staff attendance of Campus and Hostel (Leave, late coming) in the Register Book, and/or Biometric machine.
∎ • Maintain Employee File
∎ • Monitoring proper input in HR Software (Leave, personal information update)
∎ • Coordinate with permanent and guest teachers & peep their attendance record, update them about their schedule class
∎ • Prepare requisitions including required quotation according to the need of different departments as per procurement procedure
∎ • Monitoring updating students’ information by course & all staff information in EMS/MIS
∎ • Managing vehicle as per requirement
∎ • Updating all documents on time
∎ • Preparing yearly work plan and executing within timeline
∎ • Providing support to students, including handling inquiries, processing application and assisting with enrollment.
∎ • Organizing events, workshops and training session for faculty and students.
∎ • Coordination regarding changes/recruitments of committee members of DU & BNMC
∎ • Monitor implementation of actions/decisions taken by advisory committee of Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
∎ • Maintain required office file (related to work)
∎ • Provide a variety of administrative, confidential and technical support to the principal
∎ • Ensure timely appraisal and confirmation procedure of staff on time.
∎ • Ensure security of both campus & Hostel
∎ • Act as the point of contact between Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
∎ • Coordinate travel arrangements
∎ • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance.
∎ • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
∎ • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
∎ • Monitoring and managing inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
∎ • Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka.
